Sr. Major Incident Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Major Incident Coordinator to manage and drive resolution of critical IT incidents across their full lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely service restoration and minimal business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end management of major incidents
Coordinate with Tier II/III teams and stakeholders for rapid resolution
Analyze, document, and communicate incident impact and updates
Maintain accurate incident timelines and post-incident reviews
Drive continuous improvement in incident management processes
Required Skills:
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience handling high-pressure incident scenarios
Ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have:
ITIL4 Certification
Experience with ServiceNow, PagerDuty
7+ years in Major Incident Management
